Based on original circular lamp and irregular shape lamp making experience, Super lighting had a layout for 24 automatic T5/T8 production lines and 4 glass furnaces. By the end of 2008, totally 12 lines and 1 glass furnace had been done. One of these lines is T9 circular lamp automatic line which was designed and operated successfully by Super engineers in 2002. The T9 circular lamp line represents the top level for Chinese circular lamp making. For maintaining the smooth operation for these line, we make the perfect equipment maintenance plan and spare parts working procedure.

The coating machines have the functions for washing; protect layer precoating and phosphor coating in the same machine. Each operation covers 10 glass tubes. The machine equipped specific program control system that meets the critical processing requirement for phosphor coating. The equipment also supply the delicacy processing guarantee for Al2O3 precoating.
The sintering machine operated by track-transportation to avoid the lamp deformation and other performances influence.
The pumping machine reflects the highest technology level up-to date in the world. The vacuum system had been designed elaborately and there is vacuum on-line check system for each lamp position. The pumping furnace can reach the exact temperature desired and keep energy saving. The coil activating system settle the firmly fundament for high performance & long lamp lifetime in Super lighting. All pumping machine in super lighting use Argon flush technology and solid mercury installation system.
In capping and aging section, the new techniques are also included. The line equipped automatically lamp length measurement, high intension test, electrode broken test and roughly vacuum level estimated test etc. These delicacy technical innovation give the fully support to Super lighting to realize the first class lamp brand quality in the world.
The lamp processing procedures in Super Lighting was abstracted from more than 10 years lamp making experience, which guarantee the high lamp quality during lamp production:
Master control plan: Specified all inspection details like incoming material check, in-line processing check, burner stock entering inspection and outgoing quality check. Based on the parameter characteristic and essentiality, we assign engineers to implement the monitoring who from production unit/QDL department/R&D department separately.
The control plan covers all processing parameters, which regularly checked by processing controller from production line and patrol inspector from QDL department. Once deviation happen, the correction implemented immediately.
The engineers in Super Lighting have well educated to use SPC tool to analysis and monitor the following parameters: emitter coating weight; filling gas pressure; phosphor coating thickness and other more than 20 parameters, to guarantee the long term lamp performance.
Product characteristic for fluorescent lamp from Super Lighting:
All fluorescent lamps range from T8/T5 lamp, CFL lamp, circular lamp and other irregular shape lamps, all meet Europe Rohs requirements. This means mercury content The T5 lamps designed based on IEC standard completely and we used long stem structure and IEC standard complied coil. Therefore the T5 lamps from Super Lighting have interchangeability with Philips/Osram/GE lamps.
The T5/T8 lamps and other circular lamps can reach 90% maintenance performances at 2000h by Al2O3 precoating technology.
The nominal lifetime for Super Fluorescent lamp can reach to 15Kh based on perfect emitter coating technology, high vacuum acquisition and lamp ballast matching technology.

Vacuum lab: possessed accurate filling pressure testing system; standard filling pressure tube making system; mass-spectrometer system; vacuum sensor calibration system; On-line vacuum inspection system.

Photometry room: There are 7 sets of photometry sphere system and 3 of them are specified for HF test system. These system equipped with high accuracy electric measurement system.
Distributor valve test lab: Equipped with automatic distributor valve fabrication machine; flatness measurement station; ¢550mm 1/4 He/Ne laser wave-length standard plane; By these condition, a correct operation condition for distributor valve will be done.
