Who we are
Established in April 1993, Zhejiang Super Lighting Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. Located in Jinyun, Zhejiang-the biggest producing base of Circular Fluorescent Lamp, with 200,000 ㎡ of factory area and more than 1800 people employed.
       What we are producing
Super Lighting has been specialized in researching, manufacturing and marketing of Fluorescent Lamps. For more than 15 years, we have passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 certifications. The major products of Super Lighting covers Circular Fluorescent Lamps, Linear Fluorescent Tubes, 2D Fluorescent Tubes, Compact Fluorescent Tubes and so on. All of them passed the "TUV”, “CE", "RoHS", and “EK” certifications.
　　With 15 years’ efforts, Super Lighting has made great progress in producing technologies, such as plate membrane, even coating technology of the phosphor powder, phosphor powder strengthen, color-difference controlling, glass stress controlling, vacuum technique, filament matching, rapid and instant starting and macrobiotic life technology and etc.
Super Lighting has become the most professional manufacturer for Fluorescent Tubes and the largest manufacturer for T5 Linear Tubes in the world. The total capacity of Fluorescent Tubes have been about 9 million pieces per month, among them 3.5 million pieces are T5 Linear Fluorescent Tubes.
Super Lighting’s Today:
　In order to enlarge the production capacity and improve the products’ quality, scince 2002, Super Lighting have been making a heavy investment to build automatic production line for Fluorescent Tubes. Up to 2008, Super Lighting have built many automatic production lines for different products:
T9'C: 1 line/total capacity is about 0.8 million piece per month;
T5'L: 5 lines/total capacity is about 3.5million piece per month;
T8'L: 3 lines/total capacity is about 2.0million piece per month;
Glass Furnace: 1 set/total capacity is about 90 Ton per month;
T5' C/T6'C: 1 Semi-automatic line/total capacity is about 0.8 million piece per month;
2D Tubes: 1 Semi-automatic line/total capacity is about 1 million piece per month
Super Lighting’s Tomorrow:
　　Aiming to be biggest Fluorescent Tubes manufacturer in the world, in 2006, Super Lighting have invested about USD80million to build a new factory. From 2009 to 2011, Super Lighting will have another 15 production lines for Fluorescent Tubes, and the total production lines and capacity will be as following:
T9'C: 1 line/total capacity is about 0.8 million piece per month;
T5'L: 14 lines/total capacity is about 11 million piece per month;
T8'L: 8 lines/total capacity is about 6 million piece per month ;
Glass Furnace: 4 set/total capacity is about 360 Ton per month.
